                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM HARWELL GOODWIN DAVIS
                   III AND CATHERINE LEE DAVIS RELATIVE TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 73B-1, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR
                   SEWERS III, TRACT NO. 553, FOR A TOTAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($600.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Harwell Goodwin Davis III and
       Catherine Lee Davis, relative to Contract No. 73B-1, Big Ridge
       Collector Sewers III, Tract No. 553, for a total consideration of 

       Six Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($600.00).
